I provide individual therapy for adults and adolescents, as well as couples and family counseling. I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, grief, and trauma.

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask questions about what’s bringing you to therapy, your background, and your goals. This helps us create a plan tailored to your needs.

Yes, everything we discuss in session is confidential. There are a few legal exceptions, such as if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others, or in cases of abuse, which I’ll explain in more detail during our first meeting.

I’m currently in-network with select insurance providers and can provide documentation if you’d like to request out-of-network reimbursement. Feel free to reach out so I can help you check your coverage.

Most sessions last about 50 minutes. If you need a longer session, that can usually be arranged in advance.

The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and the issues we’re addressing. Some people come for a short-term focus, while others benefit from ongoing support over time. We’ll decide together what’s right for you.

Yes, I offer secure telehealth sessions for clients who prefer or need to meet remotely.

The cost of counseling depends on factors such as insurance coverage, copays, deductibles, and whether you choose private pay. I have a standard fee for sessions and offer a limited number of sliding scale options based on financial need. For those choosing private pay, I can provide the session cost upon request. Please contact me directly to discuss fees or inquire about sliding scale availability.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in a fee.

You can contact me directly by phone or email, or use the contact form on my website to request an appointment. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm a time.
